Alarm Types

With EVALARM, you can map each of your alarm and emergency situations.

The appropriate types of alarms (fire, blackmail, amok, etc.) can be defined by yourself and linked with a suitable pictogram.

You can define individually which persons and user groups can trigger and receive specific alarms.

In addition, you can add additional information or questions to each alarm type.

Alarm-related information can thus be transmitted in the event of an alarm.

Differentiated Alerting

With EVALARM, you have the possibility to alert or inform differentiated.

Depending on the type of alarm, the alarm level and the alarm location, you can individually inform specific users, user groups, user roles and on-call groups.

In the case of an alarm (e.g. fire), you can inform employees separately from the emergency team and the crisis team, transmitting different contact lists, tasks and documents, thus providing solely the necessary information.

The escalation of alarms (alarm level or alarm location) allows you to automatically include additional users or user groups in the alarm.

All alarm scenarios are configured in advance in the back end, so that everything works just as planned in an event with just a few clicks.

"Accept" / "Reject" Alarms

With EVALARM, you can specify which users you want to have a "reading confirmation" for.

By "accepting" or "rejecting" an alarm, all responsible persons have a current - and also mobile -overview of who is really available in case of an emergency.

The entire alarm sequence - including delivery, reading confirmation, acceptance or rejection - is documented in its entirety and can be evaluated in the follow-up.

Escalate Alarms and Additional Info

Alarm and emergency situations are dynamic events and prone to change at any moment.

With EVALARM you can not only alert but also escalate and de-escalate according to the situation.

The alarm level can be increased or decreased quickly.

You can add additional information to an alarm with the "Additional information" function and then deliberately share it in real time with the parties involved.

In emergency situations, it is of particular importance to know which persons have seen the alarm - and which not.

Tasks and Instructions

Fortunately, emergency and crisis situations are not part of the daily routine. But on the other hand, that is what makes them so dangerous.

In order to enable all stakeholders and responsible persons to know exactly what has to be done in a situation, you have the option of using EVALARM to store task lists and instructions in a crisis-specific manner (mobile checklist).

You can assign the tasks and instructions specifically to individual users or user groups.

Thus, there is always a current overview of what tasks have been completed by whom and when as well as what is still left to do.

Contact Lists

With EVALARM, you can store contact lists with internal and external contact persons and assign them to the individual alarm scenarios.

This allows you to make individual contact lists available to specific users or user groups depending on the alarm scenario.

You define in advance which phone numbers are required in an emergency and thus ensure that this important information is available instantly and everywhere and / or mobile.

Thereby, you ensure that sensitive contact data are only accessible to a specific group of people and only in the event of an alarm.

The maintenance and distribution takes place centrally via the web console. Thus, these lists can be created and distributed centrally.

SOS Alarm

With EVALARM, you can offer your users the function of sending an SOS alarm in case of emergency.

The user can add further information, which is transmitted to the control center (cockpit) or to other users.

The geo coordinates can be transferred automatically. You can define the receivers of the SOS alarm yourself.

The receivers automatically receive all important information about the SOS alarm or the corresponding person.

Overview Map and Building Plans

EVALARM offers the possibility to store overview maps and building plans (eg. FD-route maps) centrally.

In the case of an alarm (e.g.via fire detection system), the corresponding fire department route map (front and rear) can be automatically displayed to the user.

Thus, the exploration time can be reduced to a minimum and possible intervention measures can be initiated more quickly. Every minute counts - especially during the exploration!

Evacuation

With the "EVACUATION" module, EVALARM offers the possibility to mobily track the evacuation process .

When an evacuation alarm is triggered, the necessary personal lists appear automatically on the mobile devices.

The personal status can then be tracked easily. There is always an up-to-date overview of evacuated or missing persons.

The special feature is that people can be tracked on multiple smartphones simultaneously. This status is immediately and automatically synchronized on all devices. This means that you can carry out the evacuation in a very short time and there is always an up-to-date overview at any given moment.

A time-consuming adjustment of evacuation lists or man counts can thus be omitted. You have an overview as the situation developes.

All details of the evacuation are documented and can be traced in the web console.

Dead Man's Switch

EVALARM offers with the module "DEAD MAN’S SWITCH" an extension for occupational safety and / or single station monitoring.

The single station monitoring functions via timer. The user is automatically reminded by means of a pre-alarm to acknowledge the alarm before the actual alarm is triggered.

It is also possible to integrate the motion sensors in the smartphone so that the alarm is automatically reset if the person in in motion.

The user has, of course, the option of setting a voluntary emergency call at any time and of alerting the persons predetermined.
