Hard- and Software requirements

 

The following technical requirements apply to the EVALARM service and its various functions and applications.


Web interface:

  • Browsers fully supported: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Opera

  • For push notifications: Grant permission for https://web.evalarm.de

  • Depending on the device manufacturer or individual device models, functional restrictions may occur.

Desktop client:

  • Windows 10 (version 1607, 64 bit)

  • .NET 6.0.23 Desktop Runtime

  • Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 x64

  • Install the client with administrator privileges

  • Depending on the device manufacturer or individual device models, functional restrictions may occur.

Android app:

  • Android 5.0 - 14.0

  • Device support depending on device manufacturer

  • Screen size min. 320x480 or 3.5''

  • Google Play Services for the transmission of push notifications

  • NFC support for checkpoint management (creating and editing tasks), RFID client (describing, creating alarm), evacuation function, visitor management

  • Camera + flash for adding photos, checkpoint management (creating and editing tasks), evacuation function, visitor management

  • GPS for dead man's switch, position of the alarm creator, guest alarm, Google Maps

  • Pedometer for dead man's switch (only from Android 10)

  • Accelerometer for dead man switch

  • Depending on the device manufacturer or individual device models, functional restrictions may occur.

iOS app:

  • iOS 11.0 - 17.0.3

  • NFC support for evacuation function, visitor management, editing tasks
