Escalate & De-escalate
When a situation becomes critical or no response is received, escalation paths must function reliably. EVALARM ensures that information and measures are passed on to the next level, either automatically or through targeted action.
Escalation stages and rules configurable per scenario
Automatic escalation if not enough people acknowledge the alert within a specified time.
Automated launch of further alerting processes through a new escalation stage (notifying additional user roles or starting an additional alerting process, e.g., automatically alerting the crisis management team in the event of a confirmed fire).
